You will receive detailed information of how to find us and where to pick up your keys along with the booking confirmation.
Self-catering: All accommodation consists of self-catering apartments or flats.
Non-smoking policy: For your own sake and in consideration of other holiday guests, we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in our apartments and rooms.
Cleaning: We kindly ask you to leave the holiday apartment, in particular the kitchen, as clean and tidy as you found it. Washing dishes left in the kitchen is not included in the final cleaning.
Information on Prices
All seasonal prices given apply per night for the apartment or self-catering accommodation for occupation by up to two people. See below for prices for additional persons – "Additional Services"
Attendant costs for e.g. supply of bed linen and towels on arrival, water and electricity and final cleaning are also included in the price.
Parking space included - in the hotel garage or near the apartment.

- As a guest in our city apartments, you may make use of all the hotel amenities!
- Use of the sauna.
- If required, your luggage can be stored in a locked storage room behind the reception desk.
- Bicycles brought can be stored in the bicycle shed in the hotel garage.
- Up-to-date information on Stralsund and the Baltic Islands, including weather forecast, on
the hotel’s notice board
- The reception desk is staffed 24 hours per day!
WIFI access in the hotel lounge per HotSpot – subject to charge.
A flat rate of 12,00 € per night will be charged for each additional person.

Terms of payment
The total price for such an offer is payable in
full immediately after making a firm booking or following
receipt of confirmation of your reservation.
Cancellation policy
Since reduced rates apply, no cancellation is possible.
However, in agreement with our Reservations Manager, the travel dates or name of the guest may be changed.

Terms of payment
50% of the total price is due on receipt of the
booking confirmation or fixed booking,
the remainder is due 6 weeks before date of arrival.
Cancellation policy
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50 % of the
total cost up to 6 weeks before arrival date,
thereafter 80 % of the total cost will be payable.
